Moran Arts Consulting works with each organization and/or individual to define the most impactful way to support their artistic vision. Natalie Moran Clegg establishes clear goals alongside each client to determine the areas she can be the most effective whether it be in marketing, public relations, development, or other administrative services.
For organizations in need of funding, Moran Arts Consulting works with them to implement a strategy that best aligns with their attainable financial goals. Miss Moran provides grant research for government and foundation support. She has run many fundraising campaigns such as Kickstarter (which she has a 100% success rate to date) and planned many fundraising events for high level donors. Natalie realizes the importance of donor cultivation and works with each organization to strengthen individual giving from their donor base and board members while reaching out to potential donors.
Moran Arts Consulting takes a modernistic approach to market research and branding. Natalie emphasizes the power of online presence and possesses strong social media skills. She also offers web design and works with graphic designers (or provides her own) on logos, ads, and other promotional materials. As an award-winning photographer, this skill set also comes in handy for upcoming performances. She crafts a marketing timeline catered to each organization with new avenues for visibility. Miss Moran submits solid press releases to local and regional publications and encourages partnering with other organizations to further audience development and retention.
Miss Moran’s non-profit background began with implementing Music Education Outreach Programs in local schools and she currently coordinates several outreach programs to this day. She is often flown in for performances to help facilitate the production with Front-of-House duties and/or donor reception responsibilities. She is trained in Artist Services and arranges performers’ travel and housing as well as draws up contracts between performers and organizations. Natalie considers herself well-connected to the arts community and its artists which has proved advantageous when assisting with season programming and casting.
